Guide to requesting a product return
STEP 1
Go to the website cavokey.com and access the "My Orders" section (remember that to view the order list, you will need to log in using the email address used during your purchase).
Did you place an order without registering? Click here and complete the registration process to proceed with the return.
STEP 2
Find the order for which you wish to make a return and click on the magnifying glass icon to view the order details.
STEP 3
The "Order Summary" screen will open, and if you are still within the return period, you will see the "Return Products" button.
STEP 4
By clicking the "Return Products" button, you will be able to view the detailed list of the products you purchased. You will then need to select the product(s) you wish to return.
STEP 5
After making your selection, click the "Proceed with Return" button.
STEP 6
A message will appear confirming the successful initiation of the return process.
STEP 7
To verify that you have correctly started the return process, you can re-enter the order details and check for the message "Return Already Requested."
STEP 8
You will then receive a confirmation email for the return request with a summary of the selected products and instructions on how to proceed with dropping off your package at the indicated drop-off point.
STEP 9
Cavokey will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the merchandise, using the same payment method as the original purchase, after checking its condition (for more details, please refer to this page).
